Well, It's a Start Back to Sanity...

“BREAKING!🚨 The Texas Senate has approved a bill that requires all public schools to display the Ten Commandments in all classrooms.
GOD BLESS TEXAS!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻”
The ACLU and every atheist in the country will have a fit, of course, if this actually happens, and the measure will be challenged in the courts. Some federal judge will no doubt block it. But hopefully it will get to the Supreme Court and be declared Constitutional, which it is. The First Amendment only prohibits Congress, not the states, from an “establishment of religion”, which posting the Ten Commandments in school classrooms is definitely not. Massachusetts had a state (tax) supported church into the 1830s. President Thomas Jefferson gave federal funds to missionaries to convert the Indians after the Louisiana Purchase and Lewis and Clark expeditions. But, as in everything else, Leftist corruption of the Constitution has butchered this as well. Actually, the “establishment of religion” clause, as it was initially intended, only prohibited Congress from establishing a national, tax-supported church (like England had). For example, Congress cannot make the Baptist Church the national, tax-supported church of America, because that would force non-Baptists to help pay for it. That isn’t freedom, that is tyranny. But, as noted, the states could do it, and some did.
There will be a fight over the Texas law, if it actually goes into force (it has yet to be passed by the Texas House and be signed by the governor). Hopefully, sanity, godliness, and the Constitution will win for a change.
